Yoga with maayan

I started yoga in high school, and from the first class I fell in love with the spirit and beauty of yoga. After years of personal practice I felt a need to share my knowledge and help other people live a fuller life spiritually and physically. I studied in California and India, and in 2011 I started teaching. I am a certified teacher in the Ashtanga method, and in my lessons I integrate different methods of yoga in order to tailor the classes to students at every age and level. The world of yoga is limitless, and I see myself as a student for life.

Private & Group Lessons

In my lessons I fit the exercises and poses to the needs of every student. I believe that to live a full and happy life both the body and the soul need to be in harmony with each other.  Yoga is a holistic method that combines physical poses with meditation. During the poses we work on cardio, strengthening of the muscles and bones, flexibility, breath and quieting the mind.
